Kelly and Blair knew each other their whole lives, but it wasn’t until high school that they began to see each other in a new light, and began dating. Their Englefeld wedding took place on a beautiful, breezy June afternoon. Their hometown church was adorned with ribbons of burlap and yellow satin, mirroring the cheerful sunflowers in Kelly’s bouquet. Clouds loomed as guests gathered for the ceremony, but by the time Kelly and Blair had sealed it with a kiss and the happy tears were wiped away, the sun had come out to join the others in congratulating the newlyweds.
Kelly and Blair are a super laid back, adventurous duo who love to laugh. Fittingly, their vision for their wedding day was for everyone to just have a really good time, and they surrounded themselves with friends who supported that vision! A wedding party photo at the Englefeld grain elevator was a must, as the entire wedding party grew up in the area. Then it was on to Muenster, for more group photos near some old barns and outbuildings, and some creative posing on behalf of the groomsmen as a special surprise for Kelly when she saw their wedding gallery (definitely not shown below, haha!). Kelly and Blair ended the afternoon with some photos of their own in a picturesque old forest and orchard, and we even managed to find a small field of daisies before they headed off to the Humboldt Uniplex to dance the night away.
Congratulations to you, Kelly and Blair, on your biggest and most exciting adventure yet!
