Carli’s Graduation Photos in Saskatoon
Carli is a 2019 graduate of the Athol Murray College of Notre Dame. A talented rugby and hockey player, this gal is fierce as heck, but also incredibly funny and just an absolute blast to be around.
Carli scheduled her grad photos for after graduation, so we were able to get adventurous without having to worry too much about her dress! I highly recommend this. You get out of your photos what you put into them, and it’s great to get off the beaten path without being concerned about keeping your dress pristine for grad day.
We started off the session hanging out in the pasture with her gorgeous horse Windseeker. Then her little sister drove us out on the Gator to chase the amazing light (and fog!!) on the back forty until the sun went down. Carli brought some of her sports gear along, so we made sure to get some badass photos with that too!
As the sun disappeared below the horizon, we set up one last shot that I’ve wanted to try for ages. We only had a few minutes to pull it off – we were a decent distance out in the fields and it was almost dark. I’d say Carli nailed it (and shout out to her sister Avery for her mad fabric throwing skills)!
Carli is now studying at the University of Calgary with plans to go into environmental law. Watch out for this girl, she’s going places, and I’m so excited for her and what her future will bring!
