Hailey’s Graduation Session at the Forestry Farm: Ideas for Grad Photo Spots in Saskatoon

Say hi to Hailey! Hailey is a 2023 graduate of Holy Cross High School right here in Saskatoon. As she steps into the next chapter of her journey, Hailey is heading to the University of Saskatchewan with a clear goal in mind – a career in pharmacy!

Hailey is a fellow creative, with a diverse range of interests in the fields of art, fashion, and music. So she envisioned a fairytale type setting for her grad photos in Saskatoon – complete with lush greenery, blooming flowers, and a magical whimsical vibe. All things considered, the Robin Smith Meditation Garden and the Heritage Rose Garden at the Saskatoon Forestry Farm, with their beautiful blossoms and dreamy evening light, were the obvious choices!

The Forestry Farm is such a great grad photo spot in Saskatoon. It’s also no secret – it’s a particularly popular spot in June, and can get crowded with photo sessions. But if you’re picturing flowers in your photos, you’ll definitely want to wait until at least July for things to really get blooming anyway! Hailey knew that for her vision to come to life, she’d need to wait until the peak of summer. She chose to wait until early August to take advantage of this gorgeous location, and it couldn’t have worked out better. As a result, we had the place to ourselves, with all of the colorful flowers blooming bright. Hailey even brought some art supplies to showcase her love of art in some of her images.
