Lauren and Shawn’s Fall Wedding at Agar’s Corner
Lauren and Shawn met through a mutual friend and totally hit it off, but the timing just wasn’t right. Luckily, they crossed paths again a few years later, at a sled poker rally, where they danced all night long. They’ve been inseparable ever since. After getting her dad’s permission, Shawn planned to propose, fittingly, at their sled shack. Unfortunately, the weather had other plans. However, the cozy living room in their new house turned out to be the the perfect place for Shawn to ask Lauren to be his wife. Lauren and Shawn are warm, kind, and love to have fun, and their Agar’s Corner wedding was the perfect reflection of who they are.
Lauren, her bridesmaids and her mom began at The Factory Beauty Parlor, with plenty of laughs as the excitement of the day grew. Then it was on to the Radisson, while the boys drove in from Humboldt. After some mimosas and room service perogies, it was time for the finishing touches, which got high-fives of approval from ring bearer Ronan! Lauren and her dad shared a special first look in the hotel before meeting up with Shawn for a first look of their own.
After some initial adorable confusion from the flowergirl about which direction to walk down the aisle, Lauren and Shawn said their vows under the fall leaves. Then it was time to party! The tent sparkled with sequins and fairy lights and laughter, and the amazing light show from DJ Myles Away Entertainment turned the festivities up to 11.
Congratulations Lauren and Shawn!
“There was no one we wanted to photograph our wedding other than Tracy. Her photos are so timeless and she made us feel so comfortable in front of the lense. Her professionalism and attention to detail is like no other! I don’t believe 5 stars is enough!”
